These are the terms on which you may use this website, 42live.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

They cover the website only. When we do work for you — filming, streaming, hire or anything else — that work is governed by the quote we give you and the terms that come with it, not by this page.

1. Who we are

2. Using the site

The site is here to tell you about what we do and to let you get in touch. You may use it for that, whether for yourself or for the organisation you work for.

The words, pictures, video, design and layout of this site belong to 42 ITS Ltd, or are used with the permission of whoever owns them, and are protected by copyright. You may look at the site, and print or save pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, publish, sell or otherwise reuse our content without our written permission.

The names and logos of the customers we have worked for belong to those customers. They appear here to show the work we have done, and do not mean that those customers endorse us or anything on this site.

4. Information on the site

What we say on the site is general information about our services. We try hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that everything is complete or current at the moment you read it, and it is not advice for your particular situation. Prices and availability are confirmed when we quote for a job. We may change or remove anything on the site at any time without notice.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Sending us an enquiry, through the form on our Contact page or in any other way, is not a booking and does not commit either of us to anything. A job begins when we have agreed it with you in writing. The quote we send you sets out what we will do, what it will cost and the terms that apply to the work; if there is any difference between that quote and this page, the quote applies to the work.

What you enter in the enquiry form goes into our own quoting system and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links and embedded content

The site links to other websites, including our social media pages, and some pages embed content from other companies, such as a map or a video player. Those sites and services are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We provide the links for convenience and are not responsible for what you find there.

7. Our responsibility to you

We provide the site free of charge for information. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may take it down or change it at any time.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, relying on what it says, or being unable to use it.
